Training suits, hoodie jackets and jackets should be washed at 40ºC with mild detergents. 
The same should be applied to cotton jerseys, T-shirts, embroidered and printed. 

Football jerseys, shorts and other silky polyester products ( i.e. silk flags) are best to be wahed in mild detergents at 30ºC. 

Wool caps and scarves can be washed at 40ºC.
